An unusual and exquisite teapot from Roermond

A silver teapot of plain octagonal pear form with molded borders, conforming swan-neck spout and with hinged flap, dome cover with faceted finial.

Coat-of-arms of André François de Collombs ( Thimister (Liege) 23 March 1812 – 19 October 1878), landowner and mayor of Thimister and Marie Julie Dumont ( Stavelot 19 August 1821 –  Ensival (Liege) 23 July 1903)
